The Whisk

At first I thought,
That this was going to be my bane,
When I was trapped in a raging cage,
And saw my heart mutilated.

Things can be so hard
In a lone raging cage,
And overwhelming emotions can burn deep to the soul,
No longer to be contained.

Locked up in pain,
A strong heart, however, cannot rupture.
But instead, the power within it,
Ruptured the lone raging cage!

Thus on this edge of life changing moment,
I live to tell a tale,
That I stepped out of the lone raging cage,
To taste the sweetness of love,
And pain was just a whisk to true love.

The Inner Manifestation

Keep all memories safe in the heart,
Because sometimes,
We don't expect people to stay,
Nor remain the same.

Always remain strong,
Because sometimes,
There's no perfect solution,
Nor perfect timing in life; for some situations.

Just stay true to yourself,
Like the sunset,
Love yourself, love others,
Learn to forgive, always return and be there
After the storms.
But always remember what happened.

Take Time

When in perilous situations marked by darkness and despair,
God sees the truth, but waits,
Until we come to peace within our own isolation,
And lessen the horror and worry that has gripped our hearts.

In the midst of detachment and isolation,
Spending time laughing at the absurdity of events,
But inside, connecting with the alienation in the heart,
God sees the truth, but waits.

Everyone is illogical about life, death, guilt, and withheld love.
God sees the truth, but waits.
Until it is time for great things to happen,
That God unleashes His plan and blessing – great things take time.

Tongues Fall Quiet

You do not make an eye contact with a thing,
A corpse.
Even though dead men don’t tell tales.

By a mad miracle,
Poverty assaults your ego,
And your heart and guts hung hooked.

Night comes black,
And breath deserts you,
Lifeless, a corpse, just a thing!

Tongues fall quiet,
When dead men finally meet.
But anyway, dead men don’t tell tales, they are all just the same.

Fair Circle

Life’s like an open door to an empty room,
Full of choices to be made,
Without any sweetness in looking back to what was in nostalgia,
Nor to what is in tread or anticipation.

People you ought to trust most keep secrets from you,
As you keep secrets from people who trust you most,
Having no clue of either’s hearts,
With all that is seen being just a cover.

Consequences come with choices,
Choices made from gathering enough strength,
To walk away from bad ones, for the greater good
And never to regret to regret anything.

There’s nothing better than what you have,
Apart from that which you’ll gain from improving what you have,
For life offers what you desire,
And sometimes, what you can handle even if you did not desire,
Just a fair circle.
